1. About the service
HVDNA Translate provides real-time and text-based translation features, account management, translation history, usage/quota controls, and related service functions.
These Terms apply when you create an account, access the service, or use its translation features.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
The service may suspend, block, or require re-authentication when it detects security risks, repeated failed sign-in attempts, account misuse, or a violation of these Terms.
3. Translation output
Machine-generated translations may contain mistakes, omissions, ambiguities, or context errors. You should independently verify translations used for safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, immigration, contractual, or other high-impact decisions.
The service does not guarantee that a translation is complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular professional purpose.
4. Voice and microphone features
When you enable voice translation, your browser may request microphone permission. Voice recognition capabilities depend on the browser, operating system, installed language components, and network availability.
You are responsible for obtaining any permission required before recording, transcribing, or translating another person's speech.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with service availability or security controls;
- submit malicious code or attempt to exploit the platform;
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- misrepresent automated output as verified professional advice.
6. Usage limits and service plans
Accounts may be subject to daily or monthly usage limits. Administrators may configure quotas or service-plan rules. Requests that fail before a translation is successfully completed may be treated differently from completed requests for quota purposes.
7. Advertising and service messages
Eligible accounts may receive sponsored or informational campaign content inside the service. Campaign delivery and clicks may be recorded for operational reporting.
8. Third-party services
The service currently integrates third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and Groq API services for AI translation processing. Availability of these providers may affect service operation.
9. Availability and changes
Features may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve service continuity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
10. Intellectual property
The service interface, software, branding, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You retain rights you already hold in content you submit, subject to the processing required to provide the service.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties, or legal obligations. Account status controls may include active, pending, blocked, or deleted states.
12. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an availability basis without a guarantee that every translation or feature will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Updates to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements, or data-processing practices materially change. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page.
